The subject of this Workshop with Claude Parent was to make an incision into urban life, create new ways of communicating and living in a city. Our answer was volontary non urbanistic or architectural. The major issues of todays city management lie in urban organization, politics and economy. So the proposal is quite simple, rather than have several subscriptions for a city's services, one could be enough. Once you get citizenship, you can access all the services you want, making it easier to move from one city to another and furthermore identify faster with the city you live in. Just a proposal to make life easier, especially, when architecture itselfcannot be made responsible for certain urban problems.
